We have developed a set of incubator-specific tools and methodologies such as:
1- Developing a clear outline of the motivation process, selecting participants and then sorting them based on their level of personal and practical maturity.
2- Conducting the required tests and measurements (inspiration scenarios)
3- Automated incubator management to reduce time waste.
4- Develop a detailed plan for communication, escalation, and results for each stage with the client.
5- Creating detailed weekly, monthly and final reports with the client to facilitate accurate decision-making.
6- Develop an appropriate agenda according to the target group and ways to attract them.
7- The projects were divided among the participants according to the level of progress achieved for each project.
8- Through our experience, we have discovered the true journey of the incubator and what are the best solutions that reflect the overall project outcomes.
