OVERVIEW

This project was a comprehensive three-month development program, offering several training workshops focused on various aspects of innovation. The program included workshops on ideation methods, fostering an innovative culture, a workshop on design thinking methodology, the customer journey, and the “double diamond” model, as well as on designing innovative business systems and managing innovation within organizations, and an introduction to developing innovation strategies within the cluster.

Presented solution

Renz played a pivotal role in this project by managing the development program and delivering training workshops to participants. Renz designed and delivered the workshops in a professional and interactive manner, utilizing modern methods such as design thinking and innovative business model design, with the goal of building and developing the innovative capabilities of participants from all backgrounds.

Impact

Following the program’s implementation, more than 47 innovation ambassadors benefited from the training and skills development, enabling them to disseminate and implement innovative practices and ideas within the cluster and its components. This project created a collaborative environment, raised the level of innovative thinking among employees, and contributed to improving healthcare operations and services within the cluster.

The implementation of the program resulted in enabling 47 innovation ambassadors to apply their skills in various work environments.

The efforts of these ambassadors have contributed to developing innovative processes and improving the quality of health services within the cluster.

The program witnessed the activation of several initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency in health institutions.

The initiatives focused on supporting a culture of corporate innovation to achieve tangible strategic goals.

These initiatives represent an important step towards achieving sustainable improvements in the overall performance of the health cluster.
