This project is considered a comprehensive development program that lasted for three months, during which several training workshops were conducted, focusing on various aspects of innovation. The program included workshops on idea generation methods, fostering an innovation culture, a workshop on design thinking methodology, customer journey mapping, the "Double Diamond" model, as well as designing innovative business systems, managing innovation within organizations, and an introduction to developing innovation strategies within the cluster.
Reins played a pivotal role in this project by managing the development program and delivering training workshops to participants. Reins designed and conducted the workshops professionally and interactively, utilizing modern approaches such as design thinking and innovative business model design to build and enhance the participants' innovation capabilities across all categories.
After the implementation of the program, more than 47 Innovation Ambassadors benefited from the training and enhanced their skills, becoming qualified to promote and implement innovative practices and ideas within the cluster and its components. This project fostered a collaborative environment, elevated innovative thinking among employees, and contributed to improving processes and healthcare services within the cluster.
The implementation of the program resulted in empowering 47 Innovation Ambassadors to apply their skills in various work environments.

The General Innovation Management Team at Taif Health Cluster expressed their complete satisfaction with the development program delivered by Reins, highlighting the professionalism in program management, the quality of the workshops, and the effectiveness of the hands-on training approach. This approach enabled them to practically apply the acquired concepts, which positively impacted their teams' performance and significantly enhanced the level of innovation.
