Prices and taxes
- All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and include VAT.
- The installment payment option will be available through Tamara upon activation.
This policy has been prepared in compliance with the requirements of ISO 29993. For learning outside of formal education, with the inclusion of elements of ISO 29994 when there are associated digital components.
Definitions
- Reins / Organizer / We: Provider of in-person and blended training services.
- Participant/Customer: Any person who reserves a seat to attend an in-person program.
- Program: A course, workshop, or in-person event, which may include accompanying digital materials.
- Materials: Includes printed notes, slides, activities, assessment tools, and digital access (if available).
Service Provider Information
- The brand name, address, communication methods, meeting locations, and academic administration are displayed on each program page.
- Basic qualifications for trainers are listed, with links to verify accreditations or awards where available.
Registration and seat reservation
- Reservations are subject to availability and priority is given to confirmed payment.
- When capacity is full, a waiting list system is implemented.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if fraud is suspected, and to refund the amount due in accordance with the refund policy.
Prices, Tax, and Billing
- All prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
- An electronic invoice will be issued after the reservation is confirmed, with proof of payment provided upon request.
- If there are additional fees for materials, certificates, or exams, they will be announced in advance and transparently.
Payment methods and Tamara service
- Available payment methods: Credit cards, Mada, bank transfer, and service Tamara upon activation.
- Eligibility, installment schedules, and any late fees are subject to Tamara’s terms.
- Upon return, you will be notified. Tamara To modify the installment schedule or refund amounts, some payments may continue until processing is complete.
Pre-purchase information
We provide the participant with all necessary details before completing the reservation:
- Program title, objectives and outcomes.
- Prerequisites (if any).
- Date, place, schedule and number of hours.
- Training and evaluation methodology.
- Required materials.
- Fees and payment terms.
- Withdrawal and Return Policy.
- Mechanism for submitting comments or complaints.
- Coach profiles.
Needs analysis and pre-level
- Participants may be asked to take a pre-questionnaire or placement test if necessary.
- Learning outcomes are agreed upon in measurable terms with the client/organization.
- The data is used only for the purpose of providing the service.
Program and content design
- Programs are designed by qualified trainers, with regular review and continuous improvement.
- Intellectual property rights are respected, and copying or republishing without prior written permission is prohibited.
Learning Environment and Occupational Safety (HSE)
- Choosing suitable halls in terms of capacity, lighting, ventilation, and audio-visual equipment.
- Provide safety instructions and evacuation plans.
- Personal property is the responsibility of the holder.
Attendance and entry
- A valid ID and confirmation code must be presented upon check-in.
- Latecomers may be delayed until break time.
- Special arrangements are available for people with disabilities upon 5 working days’ notice.
Academic Conduct and Integrity
- Commitment to respect coaches and colleagues.
- Disruptive behavior or audio/video recording without written permission is prohibited.
- A material breach may result in suspension or termination of participation without compensation.
Evaluation and Certifications
- Evaluation is done pre-, intermediate and final depending on the nature of the programme.
- The certificate is awarded upon achieving an attendance rate of at least 80% and passing the assessment (if applicable).
- The certificate includes: program title, objectives, hours, and level of completion.
Supporting learning and communication
- We provide a designated point of contact for academic and logistical support.
- Official channels dedicated to complaints and suggestions, with timeframes for responses.
Monitoring and continuous improvement
- Classes are monitored, evaluation results and participant satisfaction are analyzed.
- Attendance and dropout rates are reviewed, and the results are used to develop improvement and trainer development plans.
Substitution or replacement of the trainer/participant
- The organizer reserves the right to replace the trainer with another qualified one, ensuring a smooth transition.
- A participant may be replaced up to 48 hours before the start of the program without charge.
Accompanying digital components
- When digital items are present, technical requirements, minimum computer skills, and technical support policies are explained.
- We are committed to providing secure and stable access while monitoring technical performance.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and local courts (such as Riyadh courts) shall have jurisdiction to hear any disputes.
