Return and Cancellation Policy

Prices and taxes

All prices include VAT.
For payments via Tamara, refunds are processed directly upon service activation.

Scope of application

This policy applies to all in-person bookings for Reins programs.

Right of withdrawal when purchasing online

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the date of purchase, unless the program has started or the service has been used (such as attending or obtaining exclusive materials).
If the program date falls during the withdrawal period, you can submit:

Convert the reservation to a later payment.
Or a proportional refund covering the refundable amounts after deducting non-refundable costs (such as halls, hospitality, printing).

Standard retrieval schedules

15 days or more before start: Full refund (100%) including tax or credit of equal value.
14-7 days: 80% refund.
6-2 days: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours or in case of no-show: No cash refunds, with the possibility of an exception by transferring to another date within 90 days.

Terms may vary for some high-cost, non-refundable events, which are explained in advance on the event page.

Payments via Tamara

When the refund is approved, you will be notified. Tamara to modify the installment schedule or refund payments.
Some payments may take longer to process by Tamara.
Tamara fees or late fees are not the responsibility of Renz and may not be refundable.

Application mechanism and time period

Send your refund request to: inquiries@reinsagcy.com Include the order/invoice number, event name, date, and reason.
Response within 2-3 business days, while processing takes 5-10 business days.
The amount may appear in your account within 14 business days.

Replacement and transfer

A participant may be substituted for another up to 48 hours before the start of the program at no additional charge.
Converting to a later payment is allowed only once within 90 days (subject to availability).

Combating abuse

Reins reserves the right to refuse recurring or fraudulent refund requests, as well as requests submitted after a substantial portion of the Service has been utilized.
