1) Scope
This policy applies to all in-person bookings for Renz programs.
2) The consumer’s right to withdraw via online purchase.
- 7 days from date of purchase unless the program has started or an actual benefit (attendance/exclusive materials) has been provided.
- If the event date falls within the withdrawal window, we may offer a transfer to a later payment or a pro rata refund that takes into account non-refundable costs (venues/hospitality/printing).
3) Standard retrieval schedules (in-person)
- ≥ 15 days before start: 100% refund including tax or 100% credit.
- 14–7 days: 80% refund or 100% credit.
- 6–2 days: 50% refund or 100% credit.
- < 48 hours or No‑Show: No cashback; an exceptional conversion may be granted within 90 days.
Schedules may vary for some high-ticket, non-refundable events, which are explicitly stated on the event page.
4) Payments via Tamara
- Upon approval of the refund, we will notify Tamara to adjust the schedule/refund the payment.
- Scheduled payments may continue until Tamara completes processing.
- Tamara/delay fees are outside of Renz’s control and may not be refundable.
5) Request mechanism and durations
- Send an email to Hello@reinsagcy.com including the order/invoice number, event name, date, and reason.
- Response within 2–3 business days, processing within 5–10 business days; may take up to 14 business days to appear in account.
6) Replacement and transfer
- Substitution of participant up to 48 hours before the start without charge.
- Convert to a later payment once within 90 days (subject to availability).
7) Combating abuse
We reserve the right to refuse orders that are stereotypical/fraudulent or after a substantial benefit has been consumed.
