We have developed a set of incubator-specific tools and methodologies such as:<\/p>\n
1- Developing a clear outline of the motivation process, selecting participants and then sorting them based on their level of personal and practical maturity.<\/p>\n
2- Conducting the required tests and measurements (inspiration scenarios)<\/p>\n
3- Automated incubator management to reduce time waste.<\/p>\n
4- Develop a detailed plan for communication, escalation, and results for each stage with the client.<\/p>\n
5- Creating detailed weekly, monthly and final reports with the client to facilitate accurate decision-making.<\/p>\n
6- Develop an appropriate agenda according to the target group and ways to attract them.<\/p>\n
7- The projects were divided among the participants according to the level of progress achieved for each project.<\/p>\n
