Prices and taxes<\/b><\/h2>\n

All prices include VAT.<\/span>
\n<\/span> For payments via<\/span> Tamara<\/span><\/i>, refunds are processed directly upon service activation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Scope of application<\/b><\/h2>\n

This policy applies to all in-person bookings for Reins programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal when purchasing online<\/b><\/h2>\n

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the date of purchase, unless the program has started or the service has been used (such as attending or obtaining exclusive materials). <\/span>
\n<\/span> If the program date falls during the withdrawal period, you can submit: <\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Convert the reservation to a later payment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Or a proportional refund covering the refundable amounts after deducting non-refundable costs (such as halls, hospitality, printing). <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Standard retrieval schedules <\/b><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 15 days or more before start:<\/b> Full refund (100%) including tax or credit of equal value.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 14-7 days:<\/b> 80% refund.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 6-2 days:<\/b> 50% refund.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Less than 48 hours or in case of no-show:<\/b> No cash refunds, with the possibility of an exception by transferring to another date within 90 days. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Terms may vary for some high-cost, non-refundable events, which are explained in advance on the event page. <\/span><\/p>\n

      Payments via Tamara<\/b><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • When the refund is approved, you will be notified. <\/span>Tamara<\/span><\/i> to modify the installment schedule or refund payments.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Some payments may take longer to process by<\/span> Tamara<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Tamara<\/span><\/i> fees<\/span> or late fees are not the responsibility of Renz and may not be refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Application mechanism and time period<\/b><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Send your refund request to:<\/span> inquiries@reinsagcy.com<\/b> Include the order\/invoice number, event name, date, and reason. <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Response within<\/span> 2-3 business days<\/b>, while processing takes<\/span> 5-10 business days<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • The amount may appear in your account within<\/span> 14 business days<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Replacement and transfer<\/b><\/h2>\n
            \n
          • A participant may be substituted for another up to 48 hours before the start of the program at no additional charge.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Converting to a later payment is allowed only once within 90 days (subject to availability).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Combating abuse<\/b><\/h2>\n

            Reins reserves the right to refuse recurring or fraudulent refund requests, as well as requests submitted after a substantial portion of the Service has been utilized. <\/span><\/p>\n
