<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">when there are associated digital components.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Definitions<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reins \/ Organizer \/ We: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provider of in-person and blended training services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Participant\/Customer: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any person who reserves a seat to attend an in-person program.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Program:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A course, workshop, or in-person event, which may include accompanying digital materials. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Materials:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Includes printed notes, slides, activities, assessment tools, and digital access (if available). <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Service Provider Information<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The brand name, address, communication methods, meeting locations, and academic administration are displayed on each program page. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic qualifications for trainers are listed, with links to verify accreditations or awards where available. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Registration and seat reservation<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reservations are subject to availability and priority is given to confirmed payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When capacity is full, a waiting list system is implemented. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" halls in terms of capacity, lighting, ventilation, and audio-visual equipment. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide safety instructions and evacuation plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal property is the responsibility of the achieving an attendance rate of at least<\/span> <b>80%<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and passing the assessment (if applicable).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The certificate includes: program title, objectives, hours, and level of completion. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Supporting learning and communication<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We provide a designated point of contact for academic and logistical support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Official channels dedicated to complaints and suggestions, with timeframes for responses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Monitoring and continuous improvement<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Classes are monitored, evaluation results and participant satisfaction are analyzed. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attendance and dropout rates are reviewed, and the results are used to develop improvement and trainer development plans. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Substitution or replacement of the trainer\/participant<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The organizer reserves the right to replace the trainer with another qualified one, ensuring a smooth transition.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A participant may be replaced up to 48 hours before the start of the program without charge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Accompanying digital components<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When digital items are present, technical requirements, minimum computer skills, and technical support policies are explained. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are committed to providing secure and stable access while monitoring technical performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Law and Jurisdiction<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span
