As part of the national efforts to promote innovation and creativity, Mr. Talal Al-Asimi, CEO of Reins, participated in the Injaz Hackathon and delivered a workshop titled "Innovative Solution Design Methodology." The workshop garnered significant interest from participants as it focused on creative thinking approaches for developing technological solutions that meet the needs of both the public and private sectors.

Injaz Hackathon: A First-of-Its-Kind Innovation Platform

The Injaz Hackathon is the first of its kind in the Kingdom, serving as a creative platform aimed at developing innovative solutions to enhance productivity across various sectors. The event brought together over 90 teams from government institutions and private companies, collaborating to design effective and applicable solutions that improve operational processes, reduce costs and time, and enhance institutional efficiency—ultimately contributing positively to national productivity.

Joint Organization and National Efforts

The Injaz Hackathon was organized by several leading government entities in the Kingdom, including:

  • The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA)

  • The Digital Government Authority

  • The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology

  • The Ministry of Economy and Planning

  • The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development

  • The Ministry of Finance

  • The Expenditure and Project Efficiency Authority

  • The Saudi Broadcasting Authority

  • The National Center for Government Resource Systems

  • The National Program for IT Development

This strong partnership among various entities aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasizes digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and empowering national talents to lead technological projects that drive economic growth.

Recognition of Organizers and Participants

At the end of the workshop, Mr. Talal Al-Asimi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all participants and organizers, acknowledging the efforts of the supporting entities behind this pioneering national event. He emphasized the importance of continuing such initiatives, which serve as a platform for exchanging expertise and developing innovative solutions in the Kingdom.
